30-Day Free Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including any expedited shipping fees.
To start a return, please contact us at support@chemistrie.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Returns for Customers Using Their Own Eyewear
If you choose to add a Chemistrie Clip to your existing eyewear, please note that this process requires permanently installing magnets into your lenses.
If you decide to return your clip within the 30-day return window and would like your glasses restored, we will replace your clip-ready lenses with new regular lenses that match your original prescription type, such as single-vision or progressive.
We rely on you to confirm the original prescription type and provide a valid, current prescription in order to complete the lens replacement. Restoration cannot be completed without a valid prescription.
Lens replacements are intended to return your eyewear to normal, wearable condition. Lens materials, coatings, or brand-specific lens options may vary based on availability.
This lens replacement is provided once per order and is included as part of the return process for clip orders.

Exchanges (One Per Order)
Because each Chemistrie product is custom-made, we offer one free exchange per order within 30 days of delivery.
This exchange is intended to help ensure proper fit and satisfaction. Additional exchanges for the same order are not available. If you’re unsure about fit or options, our team is always happy to help before you place or exchange an order.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Refunds cover the purchase price of the item only. Shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are not refunded. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
